The Story As Framework Lab is a hands-on cohort experience that teaches participants to build a private, closed-source AI notebook containing a foundation’s oral history, archival materials, grant making records, and decision-making context.

 

Participants then learn how to use that notebook to surface the parables, values, patterns, and tensions that can strengthen strategy and guide present-day decisions.

This is not a course about asking a general-purpose chatbot to design your grant making strategy.

 

It is a method for creating something closer to a diligent archivist: a controlled body of source material that can hold decades of institutional knowledge, point back to the evidence, and help leaders see connections they may otherwise miss.
